We have used Dmitry for two renovation jobs - a bathroom and a kitchen - and on both occasions we had our expectations surpassed. Our house is old (100 + years) and like all old house reno projects they present a variety of challenges and surprises. Workmanship and materials used may be substandard, nothing is square and access to the work needing to be done may be nearly impossible. These are all problems we faced and that Dmitry overcame. In addition he dealt brilliantly with design issues that had not been foreseen. His perfectionism showed constantly in the quality of his work.

We initially hired Homestica for a small home project. It soon became apparent that their skill and abilities were exemplary, so we decided to hire them for a full renovation which we had been planning for a few years. The quote was well detailed and the pricing was very competitive. Dmitry is very friendly and most importantly he is "design-minded" which was very valuable since I am an interior designer by trade. They really took the time to work out all the design details, to ensure their work was top quality, and they were always very engaged throughout the whole process. Homestica always kept the construction zone very clean and tidy at the end of each day which was important to us because we have children and pets in the house.
